The fitness program is called 4 Weeks for Every Body. This workout program can be done on its own. But it will be helpful and more effective while following The 4 Week Gut Protocol.

The equipment you’ll need is:

  • light to medium dumbbells
  • a core ball
  • mat (optional)

You don’t have to do 4 weeks for every body workouts to be successful with the gut protocol but gentle exercise is recommended.

And if you want to extend the program past 4 weeks you can try the 4 weeks for every body super block.

My firsthand experience with the 4-week Gut Protocol

I lost 13 pounds while following the 4-week gut protocol. Seeing the scale go down was amazing but the non-scale victories were even better.

I had a lot more energy and less brain fog, I felt more rested when I woke up in the morning, and my skin looked amazing!

I didn’t have digestive issues but I wanted to try the gut protocol because I always felt bloated and was gassy. You may know of any gut issues but I recommend trying this nutrition. If you lack energy or feel constantly bloated it’s worth checking out.

This was not the first elimination diet I’ve tried. I’ve done Whole30 many times and the 4-week gut protocol is similar. So I already knew how much better I could feel once I reduced dairy, gluten, and corn.
