Beachbody’s Fire and Flow Review

Beachbody’s Fire and Flow is a 2-for-1 program designed to bring balance and joy into your life. This program helps you to strengthen your body and mind.  It’s a hybrid program combining full-body strength and cardio workouts. While also emphasizing your inner strength. 

I have several reasons I’m looking forward to this program. First, I have never done a program with either of these trainers. So their styles of training will both be new to me. But I’m also looking forward to the structure of these programs. I’m excited to train hard for three days a week and then slow down for three days. 

Another thing I’m looking forward to is the journaling part of this program. A journaling routine is something I have wanted to start. I want to be more mindful and deal with problems in a healthier way, rather than turning to food. And this journal is going to help. 

What is Beachbody’s Fire and Flow Program

Beachbody Super Trainers Jericho McMatthews and Elise Joan created a program designed to bring more balance and joy into your life while helping you get in great shape. 

Fire and Flow will take the stress out of getting healthy and fit. The program is 4 weeks long. You’ll alternate between high-intensity strength and cardio Fire workouts. Then you’ll work on low-impact, body-shaping Flow workouts. Jericho brings the Fire and Elise will soothe with the Flow.  

Each workout is only 25–30 minutes. By the end, of the program, Jericho and Elise will have helped to train your body to be active. Along with strengthening your body, you’ll also be strengthening your mind. You’ll train your mind to embrace new opportunities, release anxiety, and quiet self-judgment. 

Jericho’s Fire workouts help sculpt muscle and boost your metabolism. You’ll be defining your body and burning calories through metabolic conditioning.

Elise’s Flow workouts are important to your fitness and recovery. They bring balance to your workout routine by helping you build core strength. Also, by working on improving mobility and stability.

Tips for Success with the Fire and Flow Beachbody Program

Follow the Schedule

It may be tempting to jump around the schedule. But follow the schedule as the trainers have designed it. Don’t do all the Fire days first then do all of the Flow days. And make sure you don’t skip the Flow days. Just because Flow is low impact doesn’t mean you won’t feel the burn.

Pick a Nutrition Plan

Nutrtion is an important part of your fitness routine. As the saying goes abs are made in the kitchen. I personally know this to be true. Beachbody has 3 nutrition programs for you to follow. Ultimate Portion Fix, 2B Mindset, and Gut Protocol.

What makes Fire and Flow unique?

What makes Fire and Flow unique is that it will change you physically and mentally. While you’ll be working on changing how your body looks, you will also be changing how your mind thinks. You’ll be creating more confidence and building a stronger mentality.

What equipment is needed for Fire and Flow?

Hand weights will be needed for this program. You’ll need a pair of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells.

When will Fire and Flow be on Beachbody on demand?

The Fire and Flow program will launch to Beachbody Coaches and Preferred customers on May 24, 2022. Customer VIP Early Access Launch is June 7, 2022. 

Fire and Flow will be available to the Beachbody on Demand Library in December 2022.

Who is Fire and Flow Good For?

Fire and Flow are good for beginners to those who are advanced. These workouts include modifiers if the move is too difficult. If the moves are not difficult enough you can follow the intensifiers. Whether you’re getting back into working out or you crave a hardcore sweat, Fire and Flow lets you be you.

Do You Need the Supplements?

Supplements are not necessary for the Beachbody Fire and Flow program but they can help with your results.

Supplements to check out are the pre-workout, workout, and post-workout supplements. Also, it’s beneficial to drink Shakeology every day.

Beachbody on Demand is a convenient option to get your workout done without leaving the comfort of your home. I’m currently on week 2 of Fire and Flow and I’m loving this new program! I’m sore in my upper body, lower body, and booty. So I must be doing something right;)
