The fourth and eighth weeks of the program are functional recovery weeks. These weeks are focused on strength circuit workouts. The strength circuit workouts are a hybrid approach of both lifting methods with added mobility work.

Before you start Sure Thing you’ll want to complete the Fit Check. Do the Fit Check before you start the program, after week 4, and at the end of the program.

Who is Megan Davies?

Super Trainer Megan Davies is a Beachbody super trainer and creator of Sure Thing, Muscle Burns Fat, and Muscle Burns Fat Advanced. 

Megan was a contestant on Beachbody’s fitness reality show, THE 20s. She won the contest to become the next Super Trainer creating her first program, Clean Week.

Muscle Burns Fat and Muscle Burn Fat Advance are each a 3-week long program. So each program back to back is 6 weeks. There are 6 workouts each week and an active recovery day on Sundays.
