I have been following Betty Rocker for a while now. I first found her when I first started working out from home. Her free 30-day challenge was exactly what I needed to get moving again.

I recently found Blogilates on Instagram and I love her content. She posts a lot of her videos from her Tik Tok account and they are hilarious! Cassey Ho is the face behind the popular Blogilates site. Her website offers a ton of information for your weight loss goals. There are recipes and workout videos for you to explore. 

She has a 28-day workout calendar for beginners. All you have to do is follow the workouts on the calendar by subscribing to her YouTube channel. She has a ton of videos on YouTube. Pick a part of the body you want to work and you can find a video to do that.

PaleOMG is another fitness blogger I recently found on Instagram. I love following the Whole30 and am always looking for new recipes to try. So that’s how I came across this blog.

Juli is the creator of PaleOMG. She loves Paleo foods and CrossFit. I love her no-nonsense style. You’ll find plenty of savory recipes along with healthier treats.

Love Sweat Fitness

Katie created Love Sweat Fitness after her own 45lbs weight loss journey. She developed her own personal nutrition plan and fitness method. Then lost 45lbs and fell in love with health and fitness. She then started to create workouts on Instagram and Youtube. To help more women which grew into Love Sweat Fitness.
