You could prep a breakfast casserole of eggs and vegetables. Then part it out into containers so it’s ready to eat in the morning.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. What you put in your body first thing in the morning is going to prepare it for the rest of the day.

Your body burns calories overnight and you need to replace them. Replacing them with healthy calories in the morning. That way your body can maintain high energy throughout the day.

Our brains release serotonin when we fall asleep, giving us a drowsy feeling. When we wake up, our brains counteract this feeling by releasing dopamine, which wakes us up.

By hitting the snooze button, our brains receive two hormones. These try to counteract each other. Making it difficult for us to feel awake and alert once we do get out of bed.  

It isn’t fun but getting up when your first alarm goes off is important. You’ll thank yourself when you notice increased energy levels throughout the morning.
