Who is Autumn Calabrese?

What kind of food do you eat with Portion Fix?

What’s the difference between 21-Day Fix and Portion Fix?

Portion Fix is a nutrition program on its own. So it can be paired without exercise. Or you can use it with any fitness program you are doing. Portion Control is designed for you to follow indefinitely.

How do you calculate containers?

To determine how many of each container you get you’ll have to do a calculation of your current weight, activity level, and if you want to lose weight or maintain it.

Depending on your calculations you’ll fall into a certain bracket. Each bracket has a breakdown of how many of each containers you get in a day.

For example, I am in the A bracket. So the A bracket gets:

  • 4 green containers
  • 2 purple containers
  • 4 red containers
  • 2 yellow containers
  • 1 blue container
  • 1 orange container
  • 3 teaspoons

All the containers are color coded

  • vegetables are a green
  • fruit is purple
  • proteins are red
  • carbs are yellow
  • healthy fats fall into blue, orange, and teaspoon measurements

The containers are equivalent to cup sizes. So a green and purple container equals 1 cup. A red container equals ¾ of a cup. A yellow equals ½ cup, a blue is a quarter cup, blue is 2 tablespoons, and a teaspoon is self-explanatory 

Do you count macros with Portion Fix?

You don’t have to count your macros with Portion Fix. The container count is designed to help you balance your macronutrients. Portion Fix calculation of macronutrients is a 40, 30, 30 split.

  • 40% Carbohydrates
  • 30% Protein
  • 30% Healthy Fats

You need a variety of minerals and nutrients from all three of these groups. You don’t have to worry about weighing or tracking your food. Portion control is like counting macros but a much easier way to do it.

Do you have to eliminate sugar?
