Whole 30 must have kitchen gadgets will help you make it through your round. Having these in your kitchen will help with your Whole 30 journey.
Not all these suggestions are a necessity but they can make your experience go much smoother, make your meals tastier, and add variety to your meal choices.
Must-Have Kitchen Gadgets
I would say sheet pans are a necessity to have while on the Whole 30.
Since you’ll be roasting a lot of vegetables having silicone slip mats will prevent your veggies from sticking to the pan. Also clean up will be a lot easier with these mats.
An immersion blender is not a necessity but it is a helpful tool to have. A few of the things you may find yourself making the most is Dump Ranch and mayo. The immersion blender makes it very simple to combine the ingredients for these condiments.
If you don’t already have a blender it can be helpful to make condiments like dump ranch and mayo. You can also use it for creating velvety smooth soups.
A food processor will come in handy to make cauliflower rice. You can buy cauliflower rice at the store but if you are looking to spend less money on your grocery bill making it at home is the way to go.
A slow cooker makes dinners convenient. With a slow cooker, you can throw all your ingredients in it in the morning then come home to an already cooked meal. No need to get fast food after work because your dinner will be waiting for you.
An instant pot comes in handy when you forget to take ingredients out of the freezer for dinner. It can also serve as a slow cooker. Here’s a post comparing the Instant Pot vs. Slow Cooker. Sweet potatoes and other vegetables can be steamed in a matter of minutes.
An air fryer can also cook your frozen food for you in a matter of minutes. Imagine eating fried food without all the grease. You can even make cooked chicken wings. You don’t need an air fryer to make it through a round of the Whole 30 but it would be nice to have!
The spiralizer comes in handy when you want to make zoodles for spaghetti. You can also make noodles with certain other squash and potatoes. I’ve seen someone make noodles out of daikon radish for Pho.
