These 7 amazing YouTube fitness channels will help you get a workout in without leaving your home. I love the convenience of being able to workout at home. With YouTube, I don’t have to pay for a gym or for classes. I can work on my fitness for free.
You can find any kind of workout you want to on the internet. If you want to do kicking boxing, yoga, cardio, barre, etc. Pretty much anything you can think of. My go-to place for working out on the web is YouTube. Hundreds even thousands of workouts are available and most of them are free!
7 Amazing YouTube Fitness Channels
#1 Livestrong Woman
There is a workout series on this channel called Stronger. The Stronger series is 10 free workouts that kick your butt into shape. I love this series! The instructor, Nicky Holendar, is easy to follow and his British accent makes it that much better!
In these workouts, you’ll be doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT), plyometric workouts, strength training, and cardio workouts. There are also 2 different recovery day workouts.
There is a calendar that you can download so you know which workout to do on what day. I love having the calendar because it is so much easier for me to work out when someone tells me what to do.
#2 Popsugar fitness
This channel is AMAZING!!! It offers such a large variety of workouts. You will definitely never get bored! If you’re short on time and only have 10 minutes or if you are looking to work out for an hour you won’t be disappointed.
The workouts I have done so far are easy to follow, make me sweat and my muscles are sore the next day. Anna Renderer will be instructing you through these fantastic workouts.
BeFit offers so many free workouts. My favorite is the 30 Day Fat Burn Workout. 30 Day Fat Burn is a high-intensity cardio program. The instructors Astrid McGuire and Danielle Pascente are upbeat and easy to follow.
These workouts will kick your butt into shape with a mix of cardio exercise and strength training moves. This series consists of 10 workouts, around 10 minutes long. Tone your upper and lower body with squats, lunges, push-ups and tricep dips. Also, strengthen your core through planks and crunches.
This is a great series to get started with if your getting back into exercise or you’re a beginner. You may think that 10 minutes can’t get you into shape but you will definitely feel the burn.
I love that there is also a calendar included to let you know which exercise to do and when.
This channel has a variety of exercises including cardio, total body toning, and yoga. All the workouts offered are fast and effective. So if you only have 15 minutes you can definitely get a great workout or if you have time do several of the videos.
Astrid McGuire is one of the easy to follow instructors this channel has to offer. I love her! She is very likable and easy to follow. She was also one of the trainers in my #2 pick above. I recommend looking for her workouts on this channel.
#5 XHIT Daily
This channel offers a large variety of workouts that will tone every inch of your body. Do you want to have legs like Jennifer Lawrence or do you want Beyonce’s butt? XHIT will show you have to achieve these goals.
Most of the videos are around 10- 15 minutes long so it’s definitely possible to get a quick workout in. I actually did a few of these workouts when I was pregnant. I wanted to focus on toning areas like my butt and legs and this channel offered workouts that were perfect.
One of the trainers that I like is Rebecca Louise. Like the other trainers on my list, she is very easy to follow and upbeat!
#6 CafeMom Studios
I recently found this channel but so far I like it. When I first started these videos I thought I wasn’t going to get much of a workout but I was wrong. You will definitely feel the burn!
Chana Balk is the fitness instructor who is very easy to follow. This channel doesn’t offer as many workouts as the others but it will still keep you busy for a while.
Cardio, kickboxing, strength training, and toning videos will help you to get into shape. Also, a few different yoga videos are available but I haven’t tried them yet.
#7 The Betty Rocker
You will find a wide variety of videos on The Betty Rocker’s channel. Most of the videos range from 10-30 minutes. She has videos to work your full body, abs, legs, butt, and arms. I like how she shows you that you can work out from anywhere.
Free workouts are the Best!
Having free workouts at your fingertips is an amazing thing. My family is on a one-income household, it’s difficult to shell out money for a gym membership or to attend CrossFit or Barre classes. Not to mention finding someone to watch the kids.
My only option to exercise is to do workout videos at home. Rather than pay for a video that I will most likely get bored of I like to hop on to YouTube to find a large variety of free workouts.
