Who is Autumn Calabrese?
Autumn Calabrese is a Beachbody Super Trainer and nutrition expert. A few of the other programs you may know her from are 21 day Fix, 80 Day Obsession, 9 Week Control Freak, and Country Heat.

What equipment do you need for 4 Weeks for Every Body?
4 Weeks for Every Body requires minimal equipment. The only piece of equipment you’ll need is a pair of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells.
A core ball is also recommended but you can do the workouts without one. This ball will target your core throughout a range of moves in the workouts.
Also, there are optional workouts if you choose to add an extra day of movement. Use the MYXII bike for these bonus cycling workouts. You can find 4 Rides For Every Body, only on BODi.

The Last Thing You Need to Know about the 4 Week Gut Protocol Programs
I’ve done several of Autumn’s fitness programs. I’ve completed 21-Day Fix, 80 Day Obsession, and 9 Week Control Freak Off the Wall. I enjoyed these programs and have had good results from them. So I am curious how effective 4 weeks for everyone is going to be. Autumn’s programs can be intense but since this one is low-impact I wonder what my results will be.
Also, I have begun to follow her nutrition program, Portion fix. It makes following a nutrition simple. You don’t have to count calories or log every bite you take. 4 Week Gut Protocol will have some concepts from Portion Fix but it will be its own separate program. I’m excited to try this new nutrition program because I’m curious about what food sensitivities I may have.
